Mr Richard Armour is the principle of Armour & Allen solicitors.  Mr Armour was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 1978 and has been practicing as a solicitor for over 30 years. 

Mr Armour has worked in a wide range of legal areas and has represented clients all over Australia in a range of jurisdictions.  He is an experienced litigator in the District Court, with the greater part of his civil practice being in this jurisdiction along with the Supreme Court.

Significant cases that Mr Armour has recently worked on include a successful class action for 65 medical practitioners in the Federal Court, over 35 aquittals in drink driving cases and a landmark case in the Family Court involving surrogacy which was the first of its kind at the time in Australia.

Mr Armour is also highly experienced in working with rural and indigenous communities after Armour & Allen maintained a branch in Ceduna for over 15 years.

Among many other qualifications Mr Armour is an accredited mediator, has an advanced certificate in arbitration and mediation, and is a former honorary solicitor of Victims of Crime Service and a current member of the Law Council of Australia.

Miss Camille McDonald practices in the areas of criminal law, family law and personal injury.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide. Camille was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2007 and her name was included on the roll of practitioners entitled to practice in the High Court of Australia in 2008.

Camille is a tireless advocate who is consistently focused on achieving positive results for her clients.  She is a believer in harboring a strong solicitor-client relationship and regularly appears on behalf of clients in the Federal magistrates Court of Australia, District Court and local Magistrates Courts throughout Adelaide and the metropolitan area on behalf of her clients.

Her interests include keeping fit, reading all types of literature and traveling to places such as New York City.

 

       Elizabeth Burke

Armour & Allen welcomed Elizabeth Burke to their legal team in January 2011. 

Elizabeth was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2006 and her name was included on the roll of practitioners entitled to practice in the High Court of Australia in 2007.

Prior to studying law at the Flinders University of South Australia Elizabeth was employed in the Banking & Finance Sector with one of the four major banks in Adelaide. it was during this time that Elizabeth developed her client service focus. Elizabeth has over 15 years lending experience including analysing complex financial statements and understanding complex busines structures including the various types of trusts. This financial experience has been beneficial when dealing with complex property settlements and succession planning. 

Elizabeth will take the time to listen and understand your legal issues and will provide you with realistic and practical advice based on your own individual circumstances. She regularly attends in the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, District Court of South Australia and local Magistrates Courts throughout Adelaide and the metropolitan area on behalf of her clients. 

Elizabeth enjoys hiking, canoeing, rock climbing and exploring other cultures through travel.

Jordan Baltman

LL.B., GDLP. 

Areas of practice:- Commercial law and litigation, Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Personal Injuries

Jordan graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws and also gained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia. He was  was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2009.

Jordan joined Armour & Allen in 2010.  He regularly appears on behalf of clients in the Supreme Court of South Australia, District Court of South Australia  and local Magistrates Courts throughout Adelaide and the metropolitan area.  

Jordan is a dedicated and hardworking solicitor who is a strong believer in building strong solictior-client working relationships.

Jordan's interests include Cricket, having been a player and member of his local cricket club for more than 15 years, Swimming and Surfing.
